Studio Ippiart by order of the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering designed the locomotive and wagons for a children's narrow-gauge railway.

The diesel locomotive is designed to drive a passenger train through the territory of the children's park and teach children the basics of locomotive control, the work of its systems, and construction.

Operation features are reflected in the organization of the driver workspace. The cabin has a large glass area and a reverse slope windshield providing good track and hitch visibility.

Two seats are installed in the cockpit: for the student and the instructor. The student’s workplace is equipped with three multi-functional touch screens, which can display the speed, different train systems, images from surveillance cameras that replaced the rear view mirrors, and from other cameras in the passenger salons. The instructor's workplace is equipped with an emergency stop button.

The passenger compartment and driver's cab are equipped with heating and air conditioning systems. The locomotive and cars are designed to work with any standard platform. For ability for the "low" platforms provides the retractable stage.
